I like this site because the photos of the weeds are nice and clear and help identify them. I already eat purslane in salads, use stinging nettles for soup and they are very tasty, but I haven't had the courage to forage for them. I figure weed seeds are easier to grow for those of us who may not be expert gardeners, so having lambs quarter and purslane seeds on hand is part of my preparation (though if they ever get into neighbors yards that would be bad).
