Practicing Gratitude

Practicing gratitude is both healthier and a heck of a lot cheaper than obsessing over/regretting the things we don't have.

The end of the year, with family close for the holidays, is an excellent time for reflecting on what is most dear to us, and appreciating the wealth we do have (social, spiritual, experiential, financial, or otherwise)
