Techniques for transferring gold and silver to other forms of wealth

Hi neighbors.  As we know from the discussions on this site, at some point the value of PMs in dollars will surge, and we'll get a notification to sell off PMs and transfer the yield into primary forms of wealth - land, natural resources, supplies, real estate, etc.

Is that how folks on this forum understand the situation?

If so has anyone thought about how to mitigate the tax consequences?

White House Petition: Treat Gold & Silver As Equal Money

An online petition has been started stating that:

We The People request the new administration Make Money Great Again; that gold and silver may freely be used as money alongside United States dollars.

The Constitution explicitly recognizes gold and silver as money. We therefore petition that:

- All tax discrimination against gold and silver must cease, including the removal of all capital gains tax on holdings of, and transactions in gold and silver, and;

Worst Hedges: Gold Mining, Silver, Platinum

Many people and even specialist websites and their so-called experts seem to be misguided that investing in silver is similar to investing in gold. Therefore, I would just like to share my clear finding that the only true "safe havens" are close-to-spot gold coins and ETF gold bullion. Silver does not hold value during a recession--and in addition--silver bullion and silver coins and self-held gold bullion are easily counterfeited and therefore this lowers their general trading value even if you can prove yours is genuine.

Will there be a functioning stock market? - 2.0

Hello Everyone,

I'd asked this question a few years ago in 2011, at:
https://www.peakprosperity.com/forum/will-there-be-functioning-stock-mar...

I'd like to ask the question again.
Partially because the website seems to have changed
since then, moving from Discussions, to Groups.

Any thoughts, given the things we are currently seeing.

We wish to connect to those who are concerned with the detrimental changes taking place in society. We are not religious wild eyed conspiracy theorists but we do believe there is a massive conspiracy for control taking place in every area of society. It is our opinion that this assault on our freedom has to be understood from a combination of natural and spiritual perspectives.

To Help the Poor, Increase Financial Literacy

When you live in the U.S. and are surrounded by ATMs, smartphones, and digital banking products, it’s easy to assume that the entire world is as wired as we are. But 2 billion people across the globe don’t have access to regulated banking systems. They can’t open savings accounts or swipe their debit cards when they go to the grocery store.
