Thursday, January 25, 2018, 2:04 AM

If you're planning on coming to Peak Prosperity's annual seminar this year, held for the first time out in beautiful Northern California's wine country, please note that an important deadline is approaching.

This is the first year we've been able to offer an 'early-bird' discounted price of $400/person to those who register early. That discount expires at the end of day on January 31.

On February 1, the price of registration will rise to $450/person.

So don't delay! Register now to lock in your savings.

For those not yet familiar with what to expect at the seminar -- which will be held from May 4-6, 2018 in Sebastopol, CA -- read on below:

_________________________________________________________________________

For the past 10 years, we've held our annual seminar on the east coast, in the wilds of rural Massachusetts.

This year, however, due to popular demand to offer the experience on the west coast, we're happy to announce our 2018 seminar will take place in Sebastopol, California, in the heart of wine county.

Our seminar model is extremely well-developed, having been honed over the past decade. It combines teachings, breakouts, and exercises that deliver both critical insights and actionable ideas.

BUT, we're going to be introducing a number of new improvements/enhancement/surprises this year. You can listen to Chris & Adam give a brief overview of what to expect by clicking the image below:

Specifically, this year's seminar will offer:
  • The latest view through the Crash Course "Three E" framework from Chris on what global developments are most likely to come next
  • Understanding (and accepting) the coming wealth transfer, with active discussions of which assets will provide the best protection
  • Why developing Resilience today is the best investment of your energies for securing the best future for yourself and those you care about
  • How to develop Resilience using The 8 Forms of Capital (we give specific recommendations here)
  • Techniques for sharing difficult information with others
  • Emotional Resilience and helping to align spouses with their reluctant partners.
  • A personalized action plan to increase your prosperity
  • The skills needed to create a sustainable income that you own & can depend on
  • Meeting excellent other like-minded people who share your views
  • Private, free-of-charge access to our endorsed financial advisers

AND... this year's seminar will see in-person appearances by a number of experts who have been featured on the PeakProsperity.com website over the years.

So far, we have the following folks lined up to join us live:

...and we have several more experts likely to commit before May.

Plus, the connections made at these conferences have lasted between participants for years and are another significant benefit of the experience. Having the chance to engage with other highly successful people on these topics in a safe environment is the greatest value the weekend delivers for many participants.

In short, the goal of the seminar is for you to return home with peace of mind, knowing that you're equipped to meet the future head-on. And prosper in it.

Lodging
Lodging options abound in Sebastopol, and especially in the much larger city of Santa Rosa just a few miles to the east.

The closest hotels to the venue where the seminar will be held are:

Farmhouse Inn in nearby Forestville is a nice choice for those looking for a high-end wine country lodging experience.

AirBnB has lots of options in the area, too, all across the price spectrum. Charming towns in the area to consider options in besides Sebastopol are Occidental, Bodega/Bodega Bay, Petaluma, Forestville, Guerneville and Monte Rio.

Other well-rated lodging options can be found here.

Getting Here

As for airports, the nearest one to fly into is Santa Rosa (STS). It's only a 20-minute drive from the tarmac to Sebastopol. That's a smaller airport, though, so you'll likely have to make a transfer or two to get there from most locations.

The closest major airports are San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK). Both are about an hour and a half drive to Sebastopol. The drive up north from either is pretty straightforward and quite scenic -- especially if you drive over the Golden Gate bridge.

Things To Do In Sonoma County

There's a reason Sonoma County is a top destination for vacationers from all over the world. There's an amazing amount of natural beauty here, top-notch food/wine/beer, and outdoor activities.

Just a few of the highlights include:

So for those who bring spouses and children with you -- don't worry! They won't be bored! In fact, they'll thank you for bringing them here!

Lots Of Interest, But No East Coasters Yet

A quick update on how attendance for this seminar is shaping up:

First off, we're seeing tremendous interest so far. It's only the 4th week of January and we already have as many folks registered as attended our Rowe seminar last year(!). So, this looks certain to be the biggest gathering of Peak Prosperity readers we've ever had.

Among those signed up, we have a number of returning seminar veterans and high-volume "PP celebrity"
commenters.

Not surprisingly, most registrants so far are from the West coast, which is great to see. The goal of enabling new folks to come by switching coasts seems to be playing out as intended.

But interestingly, there are zero folks from the East coast registered so far. Right now, Ohio is the farthest east people are coming from.

That's pretty strange, as we've always had at least a few West coasters at Rowe each year. What's keeping you East coast folks from pulling the trigger? I'd think the frigid temperatures back there would have several of you California Dreamin' right now...

I'm very excited by the way this seminar is shaping up -- both in terms of the number and quality of PPers coming as well as the VIP speakers and content we're lining up. It has all the hallmarks to become Peak Properity's 'Woodstock'.

Come join us if you can...

cheers,

A

First East Coasters (Kind Of)

OK, we've now had 2 folks register from the East coast.

But....they're the lead partners from New Harbor Financial. That only *kind of* counts, as they come every year to address personal financial questions attendees may have.

How about the rest of you?

If it provides incentive, here's what it looks like out here on the West/Best coast in May:

A Sign From Above

I kid you not -- this is the view outside my back door right now, looking towards downtown Sebastopol:

Clearly a sign from above to you all to come join us here in May!
