short term deflation?

Hi, Chris, Great work and I am sure a lot of people will benefit from it! I have a quick question here, although I am totally in agreement with you that long term inflation will be there but in short term I saw three things that are deflationary, the housing deflation, the slowing world economy and high unemployment rate in US. Are those too small to slow down the inflation?
