Well, today Geithner said a strong dollar is important.

Geithner could identify a strong dollar as well as Frank can identify his boyfriends pot

I can tell by the sound of your voice that you don't believe me, and FRANKly I'm offended.  I would be a proponent of marijuana legalization, but I don't think we could tolerate the CO2 load from the smoke. 

I believe Barney.  He had no idea that his boyfriends phycus in the solarium was pot.  He also didn't realize that his boyfriend's male escort service was a front for prostitution.  True love is blind.

(PS: after proofreading this post, I am lead to wonder if the smoke Barney blows to cover his butt contributes to global warming.)

Poor clueless Barney can't tell his boyfriend's green buds from Bernanke's greenbacks.

One's an harmless herb, while the other is destroying Western civilization.

Guess which one Barney's 'laws' make illegal.

Why isn't criminal stupidity an indictable offense?
