The World Economic Forum (WEF) has published its 2013 Global Risk report. Guess what the theme of this year's report is? Resiliency! However, they look at it from a national and not community level.
For the adherents of Peak Prosperity, the current and past Global Risk reports are much reads. Has anyone else seen the current or past reports? They can easily be found by googling the report's title. Last year's report highlighted that it is likely that we - eg. the world - will see a 'perfect storm' of high energy prices, high agricultural prices, and clean water shortages converging in the same period sometime in the next ten years.
