Help! I forgot my password/my password isn't working. How can I get a new one?
If you have forgotten your password, you can access your account and reset your password by following these instructions:
- Click on the "New
Password" link at the top of the homepage. If you're already on the Login
page, there is a "New Password" tab that you can click on instead. - Enter your username or the
e-mail address associated with your account.
Click the "E-mail new password" button. - A temporary login link will
be e-mailed to that address. This link will expire after one day. If you
don't receive a message from us containing a temporary login link, be sure to
check your Junk Mail folder or your spam folder to see if it was filtered out
by your spam filter. You may need to make sure your spam filter is set to
allow messages from support@chrismartenson.com. - Click on the password-embedded
link or cut and paste it into your browser. - Click on the "Login"
button. - You will see that you are on the
"Edit Account Settings" page. Enter
a new password for yourself in the field titled "Password." - Confirm your password by
re-entering your new password in the field titled "Confirm Password." - Scroll to the bottom of the
page and click "Submit." - Write your password somewhere
as a reminder for the future.
